About The Baseball Challenge

Group bringing a World Record to Baseball City USA
to raise money for Boys' Club

WHO:
Men's Senior Baseball League (MSBL) players from the St. Louis area.
2 ROSTERS of 20 players (range in age from 25-50).


WHAT:

The current record is held by Alliance, NE at 30 hours 5 minutes.
The St. Louis players will attempt 32-34 hours AND raise $100,000 for Gene Slay's Boys' Club of St. Louis.

WHY:

St. Louis, aka Baseball City, USA, is the home of the MLB St. Louis Cardinals and many other great baseball traditions. Tthe organizers and players are committed to bringing another coveted baseball world record to the home of the greatest fans of baseball.

Teams will wear replica uniforms representing St. Louis' baseball past; The 1944 American League Champion St. Louis Browns and the 1928 Negro League World Champion St. Louis Stars.
